Andy joined BIC HCMC in August 2026 as a Junior school teacher having previously taught in another Nord Anglia school in Singapore called Dover Court International School. Andy is a very experienced teacher having worked in the UK and all around the world. He is originally from Wales in the UK where his two grown up children and large welsh family live. Andy has taught in international schools in Oxfordshire, Germany, Colombia, Austria and Singapore. He has held many positions in schools including Head teacher when he worked in the Vienna International School. He also ran his own business for quite a few years. He now loves being back in the classroom. His true passion is helping children discover a love of learning and developing their confidence. He is a keen golfer and loves watching rugby, he also loves movies and reading. His wife Angie is an Educational Psychologist who works with many schools in Vietnam including the BIS and BVIS schools in HCMC and Hanoi.
