Mariam joined BIS HCMC in August 2024 as a primary teacher of Spanish and French. She earned her PGCE iQTS from the University of Sunderland, including a placement in Malaysia, where she taught Spanish and Business. Previously, she worked for 13 years in Business Administration at a British school in Spain, gaining insight into the British education system and discovering her passion for teaching through daily interactions with teachers and learners.
Mariam enjoys adapting lessons to student needs and creating a positive classroom environment. In her free time, she loves dancing flamenco, yoga, hiking, live music, and spending time with her family.
