Stuart joined BIS HCMC in August 2024 as a Physical Education teacher, bringing his experience from international schools in Shanghai and Singapore. Growing up in New Zealand, where sport, fitness and the outdoors were integral parts of his life, he pursued a Bachelor of Physical Education after high school. After teaching for several years in New Zealand, Stuart embarked on an international teaching career in Southeast Asia. He is passionate about teaching sports and nurturing a love for exercise. Stuart values fostering healthy relationships and helping students realise their potential through skill development and gameplay. Outside the classroom, Stuart enjoys watching his children play sports or participating in sports himself. The combination of physical fitness and camaraderie continues to attract him. Additionally, he enjoys reading biographies of professional athletes to learn about the challenges they have overcome and the mindsets they needed to succeed.
