Chun-Liang (Frankie) joined BIS in August 2026 as a Primary Mandarin Teacher, bringing several years of experience in international education across Asia. Originally from Taiwan, he has taught Chinese language and culture to students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, with a particular interest in developing communication skills and fostering confidence in language learning. Frankie is passionate about creating engaging, student-centred lessons that make Mandarin both accessible and enjoyable. Outside the classroom, he enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, and discovering local cuisine. He values lifelong learning and is excited to contribute to the vibrant BIS community.
