David is an experienced and passionate educator with 17 years experience of teaching Senior Physics in Australia. He completed a Bachelor of Technology in Aviation at Swinburne University before obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education from Monash University. He has worked in high profile schools in Australia and has held middle leadership positions including Head of Science, Director of International Initiatives, Assistant Timetabler and Deputy Director of Senior Homestead.

David is a co-founder and coordinator of the Physics Teachers Network in Australia where he has presented on different teaching ideas and has mentored new Physics teachers into the profession.

His interests outside of the classroom include rock climbing, hiking, travel, woodworking and spending time with his wife and two primary aged children.
