Elaine joined BIS in 2017 as an experienced class teacher in both Key Stage 1 and 2, with leadership experiences as year head, subject leader and assessment leader. She spent time in the AEN/LS department and gained great experience of learning differences and how to enable all children to access learning. Growing up in Ireland, rich in culture, she worked in London and Budapest before travelling to Vietnam, where she has travelled extensively. Her current interest is yoga and discovering new cultures to experience.
