Benares 1908:
The "Hindu University" where Annie Besant & Charles Leadbeater teach theosophy is the Benares Hindu University in Benares. The building featured in the opening shots is the Faculty of Arts building.
Most of the episode appears to have been filmed on this campus, though I haven't been able to identify the specific locations yet.
London 1916:
The street that Indy & Vicky ride bikes down is Merton Street in Oxford, from Oriel Square looking east toward Merton College.
Mexico 1916:
The steam engine used to carry Pancho Villa & his troops in the episode was the Ferrocarriles Nacionales de MĂ©xico (National Railway of Mexico) #1150, now on display at the National Museum of Mexican Railroads in Puebla, Mexico.
