In the Verdun 1916 ("Demons of Deception") episode, Indy is working as a motorcycle courier to the front lines in Verdun. The French intelligence headquarters building where he is stationed (and where Remy leaves to head to the front lines) is the Duchcov Castle in Duchcov, Czech Republic.
