Today's unique discovery is that much of Ireland 1916 (and possibly London as well) was in fact shot in Liverpool, England.

The bakery where Indy takes the girls was the Fly in the Loaf Pub in Liverpool. It was formerly the Kirkland Bros. Bakery, which the signage still reads.

Address:

13 Hardman Street

Liverpool, England

The old brick warehouse is the Stanley Dock Tobacco Warehouse - the largest red brick warehouse in the world. Today it is the site of the Heritage Market and an indoor dance club. Sherlock Holmes also filmed at this location.

Indy & Sean O'Casey walk along Stanley Dock. The historic bascule bridge on Regent Road is behind them. This is just to the north of the above location.

...and Stanley Dock were used to represent New York City in Captain America.
