Yet another hard-to-track-down location I found in a roundabout way is the restaurant where the Lafayette pilots go to celebrate in Attack of the Hawkmen. As I searched for Mission: Impossible locales in Prague, I knew this one in particular looked familiar:
And after going down my "wanted list," I recognized it as the Hawkmen restaurant, just shot from the other side...
After a close examination of the M:I screenshot, I noticed the store titled "Zlatnictvi," which means 'jewelery' in Czech (see, this is educational after all). After an extensive search of jewellers in the Old Town district of Prague, I finally ran across this familiar facade near the Powder Tower (matte painted into the Eiffer Tower in the shot) on U Prasne brany street.
And there it is.
