Here's one I've been looking for a long time - the service station where Indy and Nancy first take Edward Stratemeyer's Bugati after he agrees to lend it to them for the prom. After looking high and low around Wilmington, it turns out it was actually filmed about 30 miles to the north in Wallace, NC.

Today this tiny old filling station exists as Little Farmers Seafood at 134 West Main Street.
The "Buzzell Electric Motors" sign on the adjacent building was created just for the show and no longer remains.
