Train Station

Early on in the episode, there is a quick scene of Indy walking across the platform toward "Union Station" in Los Angeles. As has been previously discussed, this was filmed at Santa Barbara Station at 209 State Street in Santa Barbara. Opened in 1902, it still serves two Amtrak lines today.

I recently (Sept. '20) had the chance to visit and found that it still looks very much the same today. (Although they did some digital altering to the remove the 2nd story). This is the platform side.

A look inside the station.

The street-side view, which was seen in one quick shot of Indy exiting and hopping in a taxi.

I also highly recommend a visit to the REAL Union Station in Los Angeles:

Built in 1939, it is also still operational today and is the largest railroad passenger terminal in the western United States. It has also been featured in countless film and TV productions over the years. It is located at 800 North Alameda Street in downtown Los Angeles.
