The double-decker bus where Indy meets Vicky (Elizabeth Hurley) was a beautifully restored London General Omnibus Company "S" Type - #S454 from 1920. It was restored by Michael Banfield of the Historic Commercial Vehicle Club of England. Vintage photos of the bus can be found here.
During the zeppelin raid, the bus is attacked on Officer's Terrace at Chatham Shipyard in Medway, England (seen also in Ireland 1916).

Shortly after meeting Vicky, Indy is seen boarding a steam train. The engine seen in this shot is still operational - SNCF #230G 353 in Noisy-le-Sec, France. This engine was used heavily in the 1977 film Julia, co-starring Vanessa Redgrave - who played Vicky's mother in this episode.
The same 1908 Unic taxi parked on the street outside Vicky's apartment is now on display in the Museum of London at 150 London Wall.
Miss Seymour lives in the Bodicote House at 5 New College Lane in Oxford. The Bridge of the Sighs is seen in the background. Shots on this street were seen in multiple episodes (Treasure of the Peacock's Eye, Curse of the Jackal).
The street that Indy & Vicky ride bikes down is Merton Street in Oxford, from Oriel Square looking east toward Merton College.
