The large building that Indy & Rosa walk past is the historic Tyl Theatre (Estates Theatre) in Prague. This location was also famously used in 1984's Amadeus, and is the last remaining theatre where Mozart actually performed.

At the end of the episode, the site of the ambush where the protesters are cut down by machine gun fire was on Hastalska street in front of the Church of St. Castulus in Prague.
