Staircase with tunnel, Prague 1917

In Indy's escapades in Prague, he runs down a flight of stairs with a tunnel over them. This staircase is called Radnicke Schody, and it connects Nerudova & Loretanska streets in Prague.

It's seen again from the top as the cannon careens out of control down the stairs later in the episode.

This same exact spot was used for a stunt in Rob Cohen's xXx, as Vin Diesel escapes from a sniper by sliding down a railing using a tray for a skateboard.
