Indy is walking down Falkner Street in Liverpool when he sees a group of protesters outside Blackburne House.
The "Vienna Bakery" where Indy first spots Maggie (Susannah Doyle) and her friend was the Fly in the Loaf Pub at 13 Hardman Street in Liverpool. It was formerly the Kirkland Bros. Bakery, which the signage still reads.
Indy watches a ragtag group of Irish republicans march down Falkner Street in Liverpool while talking to Maggie.
The Brook Theatre (formerly Old Town Hall) was altered slightly digitally to play the part of the Abbey Theatre. This is just south of Chatham Docks in Medway, England.

Indy & Sean O'Casey (John Lynch) walk along Stanley Dock in Liverpool. The historic bascule bridge on Regent Road is behind them (to the north). The bridge, dock and warehouse were used recently in a chase sequence in Captain America.

Sean takes Indy to a play at the "Abbey Theatre," which is actually inside Liverpool's historic Neptune Theatre - now known as the Epstein Theatre at 85 Hanover Street in Liverpool.
The old brick warehouse where Indy & Remy supposedly live is the Stanley Dock Tobacco Warehouse in Liverpool - the largest brick warehouse in the world. Today it is the site of a heritage market and an indoor dance club. 2009's Sherlock Holmes also filmed at this location.
