This episode was comprised of scenes filmed entirely in Prague, Czech Republic. 

The site of the Paris Peace Conference is a matte-painted version of the Rudolfinum Concert Hall in Prague.

Interior shots of the peace conference were inside Wallenstein Palace in Prague. The same location was also seen in Amadeus.

The "Hotel Balzac" was also the Academy of Arts, Architecture & Design building.

The scene of the actual treaty signing was done in the Ceremonial Hall of the Archbishop's Palace in Kromeriz, Czech Republic. In another shot it is extended with a matte painting. This was also seen in Vienna 1908 & Amadeus.

In real life, the venue for the peace conference was Versailles Palace in France - which can be seen in the background of this digitally-composited shot.

The railroad station where Indy & Ned say their goodbyes was the main platform of Prague's Main Railway Station. Look familiar? That's because it's been used in several other episodes in the series. The steam engine behind them is  No. 524.1110, which is based in Ceska Lipa, Czech Republic (also used in Russia 1910).
