Both Henrys are seen walking down 3rd Street in Wilmington, in front of First Presbyterian Church at 125 South 3rd (thanks to eagle-eyed Collin for finding this one!)

Indy's school is the Tileston School at 412 Ann Street in Wilmington. This same school was seen in the films Hiding Out and Domestic Disturbance.

The exterior & interior of "Harper's Pharmacy" where Indy works was on the backlot at Screen Gems Studio in Wilmington. Click here for the full story.

Indy & Nancy tow the Bugati south down South 4th Street, passing in front of 104 S. 4th.

As they continue down 4th Street, the sidewalk they pass by in this shot is exactly where they will meet again in Princeton 1919.

Indy & Nancy tow the Bugati to a service station that is now Little Farmers Seafood at 134 W. Main Street in Wallace, NC.

After dropping off the car, Indy & Nancy ride a horse north down South 4th Street, passing in front of  #118 (approximate).

Back at Indy's house at 117 South 4th.

The entrance gate to Edison Labs was from Fuller Street in apartment complex known as West Village in Durham, NC. It is the site of the former Liggett & Myers tobacco plant. This shot looks between the Hicks & Toms warehouses. Unfortunately, since this exact spot is within the gated complex it can't be seen from the street (the above comparison is from the opposite side of the alley on N. Duke Street). I've included a map I found of the old plant to show the orientation of the buildings.

The test track was shot in the vacant parking lot to the north of Fernway Avenue just west of Liggett Street in Durham, NC. In the show, the shot was flipped for some reason (I've flipped it back to avoid confusion).

The entrance to the lab was the now-closed Tosca Ristorante in the alley between the Flowers & Cooper buildings of the Liggett & Myers factory. The address is 604 West Morgan Street Durham, NC. It currently houses Torero's Mexican

This is the same alley between the Flowers & Cooper buildings, looking toward the old powerhouse building (the restaurant is just to the right).

The warehouse seen during the chase scene is at 18 South Water Street in Wilmington (thanks to Collin!)

In one extended scene (provided by Stoo), Indy and Nancy walk their bikes from the train depot in Burgaw, NC.

Back at the Tileston School at 412 Ann Street. This school was used in Curse of the Jackal as well.

The interiors were likely shot there as well.

The quick shot of the steam engine at the "Bayonne" train station is actually the Atlantic Coast Line #250 outside the Wilmington Railroad Museum, later seen in Winds of Change

Address:

505 Nutt St, Wilmington, NC 28401

The oil refinery was most likely Colonial Oil Industries in Wilmington. It was shot somewhere near the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, which is why I think this is the place.

Address:

1002 S Front St, Wilmington, NC 28401

The climax to the chase scene is Indy and his pursuers taking a dive off "Pier 12," which was filmed at the shipyard on Myers Street in Wilmington.

The shot of Indy and Nancy leaving the Stratermeyer house in the Bugati (this shot may have only been in the original TV edit) was at the Murchison House at 305 South 3rd Street in Wilmington.

The final scene outside the dance was the west side of the Tileston School at 412 Ann Street in Wilmington.
