Trolls, like Night Elves, are a race that has been in Azeroth for a very long time, and often consider the planet to be theirs. While their rein over the world has waned due to unfortunate events, the trolls still continue to exist, divided up into four subspecies, each with their own tribes and ideals.
Age : Trolls mature a little faster than humans, reaching adulthood around age 16. Although they age at the same rate as humans, trolls aren't weakened by old age and can live well over a century.
Size : Trolls are between 7 and 8 feet tall and weigh between 200 and 300 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed : Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Languages : You can speak, read, and write Common and Zandali.
Ability Score Increase : Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Darkvision : Trolls retain their vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Regeneration : Whenever you expend a Hit Die to regain hit points, you regain hit points equal to the number rolled plus twice your Constitution modifier. As an action, you can expend a number of Hit Dice up to half your level, as if you have finished a short rest. You must then finish a long rest to use this feature again.
Troll Weapon Training : You have proficiency with handaxes, battleaxes, daggers, and javelins.
Subrace : Four main subraces of trolls can be found on Azeroth: jungle trolls, zandalari trolls, forest trolls, and ice trolls. Choose one of these subraces.
As a jungle troll, you have a knowledge of voodoo and a ferocity that is unmatched by most of your kin. These trolls are superstitious and believe that their way is guided by the spirits of the world. Their fierce determination is matched only by their wits and prowess. Many would consider jungle trolls to be the most dangerous and brutal troll-kin for their influence and power in the Eastern Kingdoms.
Ability Score Increase : Your Constitution score increases by 1, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Berserk : You may make one weapon attack or cast a cantrip with a casting time of an action as a bonus action on your turn. You can't use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.
Da Voodoo Shuffle : You can move across non-magical difficult terrain without expending extra movement.
As a forest troll, you have a keen knowledge of the natural world, a cunning for warfare, and an ancient hatred of men and elf. These trolls are among those who remain from the Amani Empire, an empire that has fallen by the hands of the Alliance and Horde.
Though, through the efforts of the Revantusk Tribe, some Forest Trolls have joined the horde efforts, despite the Blood Elves recent additions.
Ability Score Increase : Your Strength OR Dexterity score increases by 2. Alternatively, your Constitution score increases by 1, and your Strength OR Dexterity score increases by 1.
Amani Instincts : You gain proficiency with one of the following skills of your choice: Nature, Stealth, or Survival.
Aggressive : As a bonus action, you can move up to your speed toward an enemy of your choice that you can see or hear. You must end this move closer to the enemy than you started.
As an ice troll, you have been living on the roof of the world in Northrend, having to deal with the frigid cold, aggressive creatures, and, most recently, the scourge. Out of all the trollkin, Ice Trolls are one of the most barbaric and strongest, seconded only by the Dark Trolls.
Ability Score Increase : Your Strength score increases by 2. Alternatively, your Constitution score increases by 1, and your Strength score increases by 1.
Frostborn Skin : You have resistance to cold damage.
Big Game Hunter : You are trained in fighting the colossal beasts and monsters of Northrend. When you damage a creature with an attack or a spell and the creature size is larger then yours, you can cause the attack or spell to deal extra damage to the creature. The extra damage equals your level.
Once you use this trait, you cannot use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Winter Lore : You gain proficiency with one of the following; Athletics, Nature, Perception, and Survival.
