This magic item is a +2 Shield. While it's wielder has temporary hit points, it counts as a +3 Shield.

Shared Will : When you restore hit points to another creature you can see within 60 feet, you can use your reaction and expend one charge from this shield to gain a number of hit points equal to half the total you restored to that creature.  This shield has 4 charges and regains 1d4 charges at the end of a long rest.

Shield of Spirit : When you would regain hit points while you are at maximum, any additional healing is converted to temporary hit points. Temporary hit points gain by this item is added unto the current total.
