When you choose this specialization at 3rd level, your eyes have been achemically modified by the concoctions of the witch doctors. You gain proficiency with the Perception skill, your darkvision is improved to 120 ft., and you can discern colors in darkness.
Also at 3rd level, you have learned how to utilize the concoctions infused in your blood to temporarily turn into a hulking giant. As a bonus action, you transform into a dire troll, gain one rage point and the following benefits, which last for 1 minute:
If you are smaller than Large, you become Large, along with anything you are wearing. If you lack the room to become Large, your size doesn’t change.
You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
Once on each of your turns, when you hit with an attack with a weapon that has the thrown property, you can add 1d6 to the attack’s damage roll. At 7th level the increased damage becomes 1d8, at 10th level it becomes 1d10 and at 18th level it becomes 1d12.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.
At 7th level, you learn to channel your pain to drive you into a furious battle rage. If you've used your Rage of the Dire Troll feature this turn, or have taken damage since your last turn ended, the first attack you make on your turn has advantage.

Starting at 15th level, you learn to focus your rage into a furious frenzy. If you take the Attack action on your turn and have advantage on an attack roll against one of the targets, you can forgo the advantage for that roll to make an additional weapon attack, with a weapon that has the thrown property, as part of the same action. You can do so no more than once per turn.
When you reach 18th level, your dire troll form becomes permanent. In addition, your reach increases by 5 ft., and both the normal range and the long range of your thrown weapons are doubled. You also gain one rage point whenever you roll initiative.
