KB: Systems: COA3 Address Changes

Only available on online purchases being delivered to the customer’s address on standard delivery.

The address can only be changed to the customer’s billing address (use Quick Fraud Check to make sure it is the correct billing address).

Any online order where the customer is paying by Credit/Debit card. The customer may choose a home/work address or schuh store for delivery.

The address CANNOT be changed on COA3 - it must be delivered to the address registered to the customer’s PayPal account.
