The customer will have been given a reference number which would start with ‘sch’ and can be tracked online at https://www.toyou.co.uk.
**If the customer does not have their reference—speak to a manager and they can check the order number on a manifest which shows expected ASDA returns**

If Asda advise the parcel has come back to us, please contact Stock Control to check if any pairs have turned up in the warehouse.
Please also check the “Returned With No Info” sheet in case the order has come back with no information inside.
If we’re still unable to locate the shoes, please sort the customer out. Please add a claims alert from the call log and type ASDA in the alert and set it for the day you’ve logged it.
Remember to mark the corresponding line as lost on COA3.
