KB: General: Crep Protect: Selling Online

We are now allowing customers the option to order Crep Protect on our website, previously they were only able to purchase this in store. Product codes 7204300090 & 7204370090 

Due to shipping limitations, this can only be ordered to a UK mainland address/ schuh stores. The items are NOT able to be ordered to:

• Northern Ireland

• Jersey

• Guernsey

• Highlands/ Islands

• BFPO’s

• The only couriers that can send these items out are Fedex and Evri Next Day. 

• Customers can only order one per order as this can not be sent in multiple quantities.

• Customers can only return this to a schuh store. (This has been added to the returns page)

This information will be listed on our website on each product.

If this goes through on COA3 and for any reason can’t be shipped new alerts will appear for us to action. 

When asked to action any of these alerts, please do so and log on the order. A new email has been created in MM to advise the customer the item can not be sent to them.
