Logging an HOI
If a store is sending an item back to Head Office for inspection, they will fill out the HOI form and send it to us through schuhbox. We need to create a log on COA3 and email back the call log reference.
The email looks like this:
Move the email to your folder in Store Help. Clicking the link in the email will prompt you to sign in to schuhbox
The HOI form will then be displayed and all we have to do is transfer the information over to a blank call log in COA3
Once you have entered in all details (which can be copied and pasted) and saved the log, enter the call log reference number into the ‘Internal Use Only’ box and click ‘Mark as received’.
Mark the email as complete.
