KB: Drop2Shop

We now offer a customer delivery and collection service in Ireland. 

This service will cost €5.00 or FREE if over €30.00. The item has to be in stock in our Irish DC for the item to be sent to the location.

Customer can select Coll-8/Drop2Shop at the basket stage and select which location they would like their order delivered to.

Once the order is ready for collection they will be emailed with a collection notice and a QR code so they are able to collect this. This must be present at the time of collection.

If the customer has not received their QR code to collect this, please ask the customer to check their junk/spam folder within their emails. 

Tracking Portal

To track an order you login to the Drop2Shop portal (same as we use for Drop2Shop Returns) and select the option for Collection. You will need to select the secondary account under the account code.

The portal will only show back to the last 90 days. You will be able to create actions in there should you have to contact the courier regarding this delivery for any reason.
