Refunding VAT

• Customers are not entitled to a refund on VAT.
  
  
  

• As the order is placed on our website, it is subject to German VAT.

VAT Receipts (Mehrwertsteuer)

• • Every customer can request a VAT invoice (Rechnung mit ausgewiesener Mehrwehrtsteuer)

• •   The VAT does NOT apply to Kids shoes.

Issue the VAT invoice for a customer

• • Right click on the top order line

• • Select ‘Send vat Invoice’ (the customer will receive an automatic VAT invoice via email from our System)

• • Email the customer with the template in MM ‘CustFAQ 2 Vat Enquiry’

• Amend template where necessary
