• GPS co-ordinates of the driver/delivery van at the time of delivery.

• Information/outcome of driver interviews. 

• Volumetric weights & dimensions of parcels can be provided on some occasions. Please be aware this is not the actual weight. 

What are the different weights available?

• Declared weight: the weight we advise the courier the parcel should be. (Think 1kg per pair of shoes).

• Volumetric weight: the weight based on the dimensions of the box (height, width, breadth). The dimensions will give you an idea  as to which size the parcel will be and can be helpful if you are investigating any missing item(s).

You also want to think about:

• What does this information tell us? 

• Does the information you have help? 

• Do you have a clear picture of what has gone on? 

• Do you need a fresh pair of eyes or someone to talk this through with?
