This is a third party card which is designed like a MasterCard, allowing customers to add funds that can be used at dedicated retailers.

These cards can only be used in our UK stores and is not available online.

If the customer is having any trouble with their card, e.g funds not loaded on card, please direct them to the Fashion Choice giftcard customer service team; info@fashionchoicecard.co.uk
Stores should get in touch with store systems if they have any problems processing these cards.
Returns
Any returns which come back to head office should be treated the same as a normal store return. When searching the receipt number, it will show the payment type as MasterCard.
If you find out the customer has paid by Fashion Choice giftcard, a refund should be processed on a schuh giftcard.
