Pricing Error
Apologise there has been a discrepancy in the pricing of an item on display in store.
Find out if the item was actually purchased or not.
Determine the display price on the sticker of the shoe.
Determine the actual price of the item.
Advise the pricing labels on the shoes on display are created by a member of staff in store.
We do not have to honour the price on the shoe.
Generally this is sorted in store, but at times it is not.
An offer should be made to discount from the price paid if the item has been purchased or if the customer still wishes to purchase the item.
Whether this is the full amount or a partial discount is dependent on the display and actual price of the shoe.
