Create a call log with note of what component we are looking for and why we need it.
If the customer does not have an order, create a call log and enter all the customer’s details + receipt number.
Include call log reference number in the email if there is no order number.

Set a ‘German Call Log 1 Day’ user alert to ensure we get a reply
