If you need help adding points, checking a loyalty account or getting a loyalty link for a customer. Please include the following information when asking for help from Jabber or Task Manager;
Loyalty ID.
Email address (that matches loyalty ID – please check this to be the case).
Order / receipt number.
If you need points added, please also include exactly how many need added.
Please also remember you can check purchase history, how many points a customer has pending & their current points by accessing their information through CMS.
