Customer can now choose to have the item collected from their home by Evri.
Once the date has been selected, the customer has to agree to their terms and conditions which will then send them the label to print in a confirmation email. The time slot provided is between 8AM-8PM however they are informed of an estimated time slot on the day of the collection. On the day of the collection, the customer will receive an email with an estimated time slot.
If we have to contact Evri on the customers behalf regarding the return, please use the same form as we use for order tracking. You will require the details from the customer in order to do this.
