DPD take a photo and capture GPS this can be viewed and emailed to the customer through the portal. Please do not ask them for weights and dimensions as they do not hold this information.

What does this information tell us?
Does the information you have help?
Do you have a clear picture of what has gone on?
Do you need a fresh pair of eyes or someone to talk this through with?
