KB: Payments & Refunds: Love2Shop

Love 2 Shop giftcards (with 19 digits) on our UK website for full or part payment. 

When in the checkout you will see a ‘Have a Love2Shop giftcard?’ This will drop down and show the customer three fields which need to be completed; card number, security code & expiry date.

Once the order has been confirmed and has come in to COA3, we will be able to see if a Love2Shop card has been used by looking at the ‘Card Scheme’ column on COA3.

If the order goes in to status 7 for any reason, there is no refund needing to take place of the Love2Shop portion of the order. 

If the customer returns their item for a refund, they will be given a schuh giftcard.

Love2Shop also do a prepaid giftcard with a 16 digit number.  This should be processed online as though it was a normal credit/debit card.
