KB: German Team: German Returns

RETURNS OVERVIEW

• Customers have 365 days to return unworn shoes.

• Worn shoes must be reviewed and approved by a member of staff before return. Customers must provide clear pictures of the worn item.

• Returns are free for our German customers, and must be processed via UPS only.

• All German returns are sent to our warehouse in Dublin.

RETURN LABELS – COA3 PROCESS

Most Common Route:

• A return label is automatically sent to the customer's email or included in the parcel.

• If a customer requests a label, you can manually send it in COA3:

  • Right-click on the item → Return Item → UPS Return Label

  • The return label will be emailed to the original email address used during ordering, usually within 2 hours.

MANUAL RETURN LABEL – CAMPUS SHIP

If the return label wasn’t received through COA3:

1. Go to: https://www.ups.com/lasso/login?reasonCode=-1

2. Login using:

   • Username: schuheureturns

   • Password: Germany2021!
