RETURNS OVERVIEW
Customers have 365 days to return unworn shoes.
Worn shoes must be reviewed and approved by a member of staff before return. Customers must provide clear pictures of the worn item.
Returns are free for our German customers, and must be processed via UPS only.
All German returns are sent to our warehouse in Dublin.

RETURN LABELS – COA3 PROCESS
Most Common Route:
A return label is automatically sent to the customer's email or included in the parcel.
If a customer requests a label, you can manually send it in COA3:
Right-click on the item → Return Item → UPS Return Label
The return label will be emailed to the original email address used during ordering, usually within 2 hours.

Login using:
