Hi, I’m sorry you’ve found a problem with an item purchased from us. In order to determine if this is a result of a manufacturing fault, the item must be inspected either in store or by our Quality Control Team here at Head Office.
Please either bring your item back to any schuh store with your proof of purchase and any Store Manager can carry out an inspection for you, or you can post the item back to Head Office via any of our returns methods which can be found on our Returns Page. Please remember to include a note within the parcel to confirm your name, receipt/order number, contact information and a summary of the issue found.
If a manufacturing fault is found you will be offered a full refund or exchange.

Hi, you can return your unused item back to schuh for a full refund or exchange within one year of purchase alongside your proof of return. Returns – CAN I RETURN WITHOUT RETURN SLIP?
Hi, you can certainly return without your original returns slip. Please just ensure you include a note within your return to confirm if you’d like a refund or exchange, your order/receipt number and your contact information. You will get an email to confirm when we have received your return and an email once your refund or exchange has been processed. Please also remember to keep your postage receipt safe as this can be used to track your return via the courier’s website.

Once returned to schuh, we will aim to have your return processed within a few working days and will email you to confirm this.
