FedEx are trialling a change to residential deliveries from 3 Depots from the 17 March 2025. If the driver attempts delivery but is not able to obtain a signature, the below card will be left.
The highlighted text reads:
This means if delivery is unsuccessful and the customer does not contact FedEx to rearrange delivery by 9PM, the parcel will automatically be delivered to a Yodel/Collect+ location within 5KM (about 3 miles) for the customer to collect the following day.

Once the parcel is delivered to the Yodel/Collect+ location, the customer will be sent a QR/Barcode. If the customer does not get the collection barcode, we can request it’s resent to them via FedEx Customer Services.
The parcel will be held at the collection point for 10 working days before being returned to sender if it’s not collected.
