How inconvenienced has the customer been?
Small Cherry – If the customer has experienced a problem with one branch of the tree, they are entitled to 10% off of a future purchase. This is valid for 1 month.
Medium Cherry – If the customer has experienced a problem from two branches, they are entitled to 10% off of a future purchase, valid for 1 month & 10% off existing order (partial refund).
Large Cherry – If the customer has experienced a problem from three or more branches, they need a big cherry! Customer is entitled to 15% off of a future purchase valid for 3 months.
