Customer Order Item Not Received Refund is a return reason used by the stores and the store should contact us before processing.
Reasons For Use:
An OOS customer going into store for their refund
A customer whose item has been lost going into store for refund
Cancelling an order that has not been despatched.
Cancelling an order being delivered to store that has been despatched.
Action To Take:
Email CXTaskManager@schuh.co.uk from outlook with the details.
Call log it in full.
Once the receipt comes through it will be allocated to some via Task Manager to log the receipt details.
