We can create manual UPS labels when required through the UPSCAMPUSSHIP website.

The ‘Address Book’ drop down has all of the store’s addresses stored so if the parcel is being sent to a store, you can just select the store and the address will be auto populated. If the parcel is not addressed to a store, click on ‘Enter New Address’
You can then manually enter in the customer’s address. DO NOT enter the customer’s telephone number or email address as this is printed on the label, instead enter our number 0207 100 1515 and help@schuh.co.uk.
The next stage is to enter the collection address.
If you click edit, this will open a new screen and all of the store address are saved in the ‘Address Book’ drop down. Select the despatch store and the address will auto fill.
Next we need to enter information about what we are sending. The ‘Packaging Type’ is always other packaging and the weight is 1KG per item.
Next select how we want to ship the parcel, this should always be ‘UPS Standard’.
Enter in the order number to the ‘Reference # 1’ box
Once all details have been entered, click ‘Next’.
Review the details then click ‘Ship Now’.
The label will open up as a pop up (you may need to unblock pop ups on your web browser).
Select ‘Save as PDF’ from the destination drop down Save the label in
F:\CustomerServiceStaff\H.O.I\Manual PF Label
Save the label as the order number and the customer’s name. You can email the label to the despatch location to print off and attach to the parcel.
Copy the tracking/consignment number, go to COA3, right click on the Order Footer, select ‘Tracking’ and ‘Add Tracking Number’. Paste the new tracking number in which will allow us to track the parcel through COA3.
