Customer is prompted to enter their schuh order number and their email address to generate the returns label.
Customer can then view the barcode on the screen and they are also emailed the barcode to be able to print in store.
Once the customer has returned to store, the Yodel store staff will scan the above and this generates and prints the customer a returns label to stick on the front of the returns package.
