These cards can be used in store or online in the UK and ROI.
Due to new EU regulations, as of 10th January 2020, online and store transactions will now have a maximum spend. See below;

If the customer is having any trouble with their card, e.g funds not loaded on card, please direct them to the One4All gift card customer service team; Custserv@one4all.com
Stores should get in touch with store systems if they have any problems processing these cards.
The card must cover the full cost of the order when using online, however, the card can be used as a part payment when being used in store through the till.
Online, customers just enter their card details in as a normal card payment.
Returns
Any returns which come back to Head Office should be treated the same as a normal store return. When searching the receipt number, it will show the payment type as Visa.
Refunds can be processed back to the original card if the customer still has this. If not, a schuh giftcard can be given.
