What are the delivery timescales?
ASDA ToYou follows standard delivery timescales, in normal circumstances this will be 2-3 working days. The service we are using with ASDA is a 48 hour service.
How will this look online?
ASDA ToYou appears under the Local Convenient Pickup section within the basket page for customers to select. This will have the same price thresholds as Yodel etc FREE > £50 and £3 < £50.
Once the customer selects ASDA within the basket and progresses in to the checkout they will be presented with the ASDA delivery widget. The customer will enter in their postcode to search for their local ASDA, and select which one is appropriate to them.
On the success page the customer will see the information on how to collect their order.
What communication does the customer receive?
The customer will receive from us their Order Confirmation, Order Processing and Despatched emails as normal. Once the customers order is within ASDA’s delivery network the customer will receive their first email from ASDA.
Once the item has arrived within the customers chosen ASDA store, they will then receive both a text and email from ASDA advising their parcel is now ready for collection.
ASDA ToYou Rules
Stock must be in NSQ or J4
Collections will be 4pm at NSQ and 4:30pm at J4 with the end of day being processed at J4.
Orders using ASDA ToYou cannot be duplicated or added on manually. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the customer must replace this online.
Orders will remain in ASDA stores for 10 days, if not collected they will be RTS to us.

ASDA ToYou customer service are open from 0600 to 2200, 7 days a week. They aim to respond asap however they advise up to 24 hours.
