Semi - Annual Meetings (or referred to as Semi-Annuals) is an opportunity for maintenance personnel to discuss with Region leadership their challenges, successes, and areas for improvement that are needed within the maintenance station.  The approach and content of these meetings may vary based on the Region’s needs.  However, it is good practice for Station staff to drive their areas with Region leadership to identify areas needing attention.  Common attendee’s of these meetings include:

• District Engineer

• Pavement Management Engineer 

• Region Maintenance Personnel

  • District Engineer

  • Maintenance Engineer

  • Area Supervisor

  • Maintenance Analyst

  • Station Supervisor

• Region Traffic Engineer

The Spring meeting evaluates and prioritizes the work plan for the upcoming summer.  The Fall meeting evaluates the work that was done during the spring and summer and reasons why work did not get done, and projects listed for next Summer.
