This manual was written with the assistance and guidance of many dedicated and knowledgeable people who spent hours of their time creating a document that will hopefully be used for years to come. Many maintenance employees–from directors to area supervisors to station supervisors–shared their experiences and lessons learned; we would like to thank them all for their time and service in the creation of this document. UDOT maintenance forces are the heart and soul of UDOT, and we highly encourage all those in maintenance to read and pass on this information as they find it necessary.
