Media Training is provided by the Communications group to positions within the department who routinely interact or are contacted by the Media. This training educates UDOT employees on how to conduct interviews with members of the media. As stated previously, if you are contacted by the Media refer them to the UDOT Communications group. 

Training may also be provided by the Region Communications groups to project teams or groups who are working on activities that are likely to be conducted by the media, examples may be large scale construction projects, Winter Operations, activities that cause traffic delays, and or emergency situations.
