The stored means of payment (credit or debit card) expires in one month. To ensure that payments are processed smoothly, the payment information should be updated in the app in good time.

The monthly overview is automatically sent to the driver's e-mail at the beginning of the following month.

Log in to our web portal with your eCarUp account.
All payment transactions are listed incl. the payment status.
You can create your driver statistics under the menu item "History".
RFID card can also be added via the web portal.
Riders can create their "Rider Statistics" as follows:
Under the "Riders" tab, click on History.
Select the start and end date and click on the random arrow to update the list.
Optionally, an export to an Excel file can also be created.
