Backend Integration Guide

Compleo stations can be integrated into the eCarUp billing system in a few steps and free of charge. Once installed in your account, you can easily define the terms of use of your stations yourself (prices, users, available times, etc.). You decide who can charge, when and at what price. Learn more about how OCPP stations work with eCarUp in general.

For the integration of the Compleo eBOX you need the Compleo eConfig App. 

Also important that the firmware version 1.1 is installed on the box for the OCPP connection.

For the integration of other Compleo stations into eCarUp, you need the support of Compleo Charging Solutions AG Switzerland. They will take care of the configuration and assign your charging point to the correct eCarUp account via OCPP URL, which you received in preparation.

Important: 

The following parameter must be set to "true" for each Compleo charging station.

Advanced setting via maintenance tool (eCarUp Premium) 

The upload interval of the Meter Values may vary from station to station.

We recommend an interval between 30-60s. This is the only way we can better calculate and display the current charging power on the app.
