There are two ways to purchase eCarUp licenses.
Purchase directly via credit card on the web portal.

Log in to the web portal and navigate to Account --> Licenses.
If the stations are already installed, you can note the number of connections to be licensed under Overview.
Select Buy license.
If you have not already done so, please add a payment method and your address.
Select the desired term (monthly or annual).
Enter the number of connectors (connections). Please note that all connectors must be licensed. A mixed form (Free and Premium) is not possible.
Accept the terms of use.
Click on Buy now for a fee.
You will automatically receive a receipt to the e-mail address on your account (this cannot be changed).
⚠️Note: Please log out and log in again so that the new functions are available.
Add licenses to existing subscription
Add licenses to existing subscription
Log in to the web portal and navigate to Account --> Licenses.
Select the three dots on the right-hand side of the desired subscription and click on Add licenses.
Enter the additional quantity.
Accept the terms of use.
Select Add licenses.
The purchased license will be shown on the receipt at the next billing.
⚠️Note: Please log out and log in again so that the new license is available.
Cancellation
Cancellation
Log in to the web portal and navigate to Account --> Licenses.
Select the three dots on the right-hand side of the desired subscription and click on Cancel.
The licenses are not automatically deleted after the end date and will remain active until this time. Please log out and log in again afterwards to check whether the status has changed to “Canceled”.
